Culture Amp and Atlassian are in the top 10 on Fast Company’s list of the world’s most innovative companies

Australian workplace tech powerhouses Atlassian and Culture Amp have been included in the top 10 for Fast Company’s annual list of the world’s most innovative companies.

Unsurprising, project management tool Asana, Zoom and Slack take out the top three spots following a year where remote work and communication came to the fore, with Atlassian recognised at no. 5, behind fellow software company Gitlab. Atlassian was recognised “for improving collaboration with tools that streamline tracking, planning, and management”.

Culture Amp comes in at no. 7 behind Chief, which connects female executives for coaching, mentorship, and support. Culture Amp was recognised “for building an HR platform that uses data analytics to increase employee engagement”.

The 2021 top 10 recognises companies that offered workplace solutions to help businesses continue operations “during the most disruptive year in modern times”. The full Fast Company Most Innovative Companies list features 463 businesses from 29 countries.

Culture Amp co-founder and CEO Didier Elzinga said they were delighted to debut on the list’s top 10.
