Neobanks continue to be among the best startup employers in Australia to work for according to the latest list of the from job networking website LinkedIn.
Judo Bank has topped the list for the second year in a row, followed by fellow neobank Volt. Xinja also makes the top 10 for another year.
While LinkedIn previously listed the top 25 startups, this year’s list has just 10 companies.
To qualify, a startup has to be privately owned, have at least 50 employees in Australia and headquartered here, and be less than seven years old
While Canva featured at No. 2 last year, it disappeared from the 2020 list because it no longer meets the LinkedIn criteria.
LinkedIn looks at user data on interest in the company, employment growth, employee engagement, job interest and the ability to attract talent from workplaces on the site top companies list.
The top 10 startups in 2020 are:

- Volt Bank
- Employment Hero
