Tank Stream Labs expands with swish Sydney suites and some Adelaide glam

Startup coworking and private offices provider Tank Stream Labs is heading to South Australia setting up shop in Adelaide’s CBD, as part of an expansion that also includes a premium workspaces in Martin Place, Sydney. 

Tank Stream Suites Adelaide will open in July this year at 63 Pirie Street, a block from Adelaide Town Hall, offering a blend of private office suites for 2-30 people, and open-plan coworking spaces across two floors spanning 2,000 square metres. 

Tank Stream Labs CEO Bradley Delamare said the move to Adelaide, 12 years after Tank Stream Labs launched, said it’s all about providing flexibility for teams of all sizes. 

“Adelaide is a thriving hub for small business and innovation, and we are excited to bring the Tank Stream Labs community to this dynamic city,” he said. 

“Our goal has always been to create environments where businesses can connect, collaborate, and grow. Expanding into Adelaide allows us to support even more businesses in achieving their ambitions.”

Along with breakout areas and quiet booths, boardrooms and meeting rooms with video conferencing, an event space and end-of-trip facilities.

It’s the third capital Tank Stream Labs operates in alongside Sydney and Melbourne.

Meanwhile, they’ve also opened Tank Stream Suites at 52 Martin Place – the building best known as the former 7 News studios

The 1,200 square-metre space features 18+ external-facing private suites for teams of 2-20 people.

Delamare said the space in the very heart of Sydney is ideal for companies seeking flexibility, scalability, and access to a vibrant professional community.

Martin Place is the fourth Tank Stream Labs space in Sydney alongside Barangaroo, Australia Square and Campbell Street, near Chinatown.
