Sydney-based startup hub Tank Stream Labs has teamed up with recruitment firm The Nudge Group to make it easier for startups to find talent.
The joint venture is hoping to create more affordable, tech-based solutions to finding the talent startups and scale-ups need.
Tank Stream Labs CEO Bradley Delamare said that alongside an understanding, developed over the past decade, of the challenges and issues faced by startups, exposed to all different types of technologies across multiple industries so are primed to identify new types of technology solutions to help with talent.
“This joint venture is a strategic move to empower companies with the right talent and tools at the stage of their growth journey in order to succeed,” he said.
“We’re excited to combine our resources and knowledge to make a real difference to the Australian startup community.”
The Nudge Group founder Steve Grace said the collaboration is set to offer a range of products and services uniquely designed for the startup ecosystem.
“Our goal is to create a synergy that leverages the strengths of both Tank Stream Labs and The Nudge Group,” he said.
“By doing so, we’re not just addressing the talent challenges startups face but also fueling their growth and success in a tangible way.”
Grace said The Nudge Group provides a different offering compared to most talent providers, with a focus on storytelling about companies and founders via the video show Give it a Nudge, and newsletter Startup Life: Unscripted.
“Nudge offers far beyond recruitment. We want to highlight all the amazing companies we work with and for people to understand that a company is more than just a role, it’s about all those intangible parts of a business such as the culture, the people that work in those businesses, the career development opportunities they can offer.”
