It is fair to say that 2016 has been the biggest year yet for the Australian startup community – but there is a lot to come in 2017.
Townsville startup SafetyCulture has today announced a $30 million Series B round led by international venture capital firm Index Ventures. The investment comes as the second largest funding round secured by an Australian tech startup this year, following a $41 million raise by BigCommerce in June.
