These requirements include providing the appropriate notices, opt-out rights, and obtaining necessary consent to share or otherwise disclose the List with Microsoft, and for Microsoft to receive and use Personal Data for the purposes of contacting individuals about products, services, events, offers, or the like. Company will ensure that disclosure of the List to Microsoft will not violate any agreement or obligation between Company and any third party.
