The technical implementation of a project is not what many startup’s business founders think they should be too involved in. This holds true not only for startuppers, unless one of them is a technical expert, but also for angel investors, who, even if versed in development-related technicalities, have no means or time to control the project’s implementation, and thus, hedge their technical risks.
Vasiliy Soloshchuk is the CEO of INSART (www.insart.com), an Eastern-European custom software vendor that has been behind the technical success of a more than a score of technology startups from the U.S., Europe, and the Middle East. Vasiliy holds a MA degree in Software Engineering from the National Polytechnic University, and a MA degree in Finance from Karazin National University (both Kharkiv, Ukraine). He is also a lecturer at one of Ukraine’s technical universities.
