Nicole is a leading international authority on trust in organisations, a Fellow of the Academy of Social Sciences in Australia, and an International Research Fellow at the Centre for Corporate Reputation at the University of Oxford.

Steve is a trust researcher currently investigating trust in artificial intelligence. He is also interested in organisational trust and trust repair, and has previously worked with police forces in England and Wales, investigating topics such as wellbeing in policing, and how leadership and feeling trusted influence service delivery and attitudes in police officers and staff.
