Startmate’s popular Office Hours program, matching 500-plus entrepreneurs for a free 30-minute 1-on-1 sessions with the best mentors, investors and startup founders kicks off again next month, but you only have until this Sunday, November 1, to apply to be a part of it.
The program gives people access to some of the best minds in the startup sector, from founders to investors, with an alumni that includes some of the biggest names in the space, including the founders of Atlassian and CultureAmp.
For anyone thinking about launching their own startup, or already have an idea underway but aren’t sure about what steps to take next, Office Hours is a chance to work through your ideas with people who know the ropes. Amazingly, it’s free.
Sascha Kerbert, Startmate’s Head of the Accelerator and Office Hours, said the program gives founders unprecedented access to some of the smartest minds in the startup ecosystem.
“For two weeks, we virtually connect our network of the best operators, investors and startup mentors to founders anywhere around Australia and New Zealand to help them workshop their biggest challenges – whether that’s assessing the market opportunity, launching their MVP, planning a go-to-market strategy, how to raise a first round, and so much more.”
“In particular, Office Hours is an opportunity to extend the reach of our expert community outside the established technology hubs of the capital cities, and connect them with founders from anywhere and everywhere. Now more than ever, we are seeing entrepreneurial talent emerging in regional centres and beyond, and we want to supercharge the start of their journey.”
“Earlier this year, we facilitated 1000-plus 30-minute 1:1 mentoring interactions for our community and we are hoping this time will be even bigger, especially as we expand our networks across to New Zealand.”
Applications for Office Hours close this Sunday, November 1.
Following Office Hours, Startmate will begin the application process for the Summer21 Startmate Accelerator cohort.
