Startupbootcamp is on the hunt for Australian energy ventures

- August 20, 2019 < 1 MIN READ

Global accelerator venture Startupbootcamp (SBC) is currently scouring Australia looking for energy startups to take part in the organisation’s 2020 EnergyAustralia Program.

SBC is hitting 27 cities with its half-day FastTrack event, kicking off in Brisbane last night.

FastTracks lets startups share what they do, and in return get immediate feedback from experienced entrepreneurs, investors, and industry experts on some of the biggest challenges they’ll face. It also gives founders a chance to connect with people who can help accelerate their businesses, including the VC fund Artesian Capital, and corporate partners including EnergyAustralia, Spotless and DiUS.

The SBC team is heading to the capital cities, as well as others, especially seeking cutting-edge startups disrupting the energy sector.

The best will go into next year’s 3-month accelerator program and receive hands-on mentorship from more than 100 industry experts, free office space, seed funding, and access to a global network of investors.
