Integration; it’s a buzz-word that gets thrown about a lot when talking about online platforms and is something that, at face value, has both looks at sounds overbearingly convoluted.
In reality, however, integration is not at all a ‘dirty word’, but rather, put simply, the linking of one thing to another. Like linking your retail store to eBay, for example.
