From the 18th to the 22nd of July, the streets of Sydney will be filled with some of the brightest, up-and-coming business leaders and entrepreneurial minds that we have ever seen. It is Sydney’s turn to host the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Summit – and that means it is time for all us entrepreneurs under the age of 40 to put on a good show and welcome our international guests.
The G20 Young Entrepreneurs’ Alliance (G20 YEA) is a collective of leading entrepreneurship support organisations representing the G20 countries who seek to promote youth entrepreneurship as a powerful driver of economic renewal, job creation, innovation and social change. Country members include: Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Russia, the Republic of Korea, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, the UK, the USA, South Africa and Argentina. The European Union is also represented in the G20 YEA.
In the lead up to the summit, we need to make sure it generate some press around statistics of the Aussie Startup scene, the G20 team have put together a short six question survey to collect some data from Australia’s entrepreneurs. The organising committee and shoestring.com.au would appreciate it if you took some time to fill it out.

You can register your interest in attending as part of the Australian delegation by going to the Registration page on the G20 Summit Website.
