Event: Founders of Eventbrite discuss how they raked in over $2 billion in gross ticket sales

Founders of Eventbrite, Julia and Kevin Hartz, are flying over from San Francisco to pay Sydney a visit. At 6pm on Monday 17th of March, they will be opening up about how they disrupted the ticket industry and raked in more than $2 billion in gross ticket sales since launching in 2006.

In a free 45-minute online session followed by a 15-minute Q&A, the husband and wife duo will be discussing:

Since its inception in 2006, Eventbrite has sold over 165 million tickets in 187 countries, and delivered more than $2 billion in gross ticket sales.To date, the company has raised $140 million in funding from investors including Tiger Global, Sequoia Capital, T. Rowe Price, DAG Ventures, and Tenaya Capital.
