Silicon Beach House is the newest addition to the Sydney based coworking spaces popping up around the inner city and city fringe suburbs this year.
The space is located just near Darling Harbour allowing startups to have the location and access to amenities at a fraction of the price.
Founder of the space Bart Jellema signed a lease on the building which is due for demolition in a year for his business ZeroMail and decided to open the space up to startups who are after a space in the city for a fraction of the cost they would normally pay at other spaces around town.
At the moment desks are free for the next couple of weeks so people can come in and get feel for the space.
After that pricing is expected to start from as little as $250 for a desk space.
