1. Have a calendar that syncs between your laptop and phone
2.If someone calls to book an appointment with you schedule it in your calendar right then and there
3.Preschedule times in your calendar that you are unavailable, this avoids you doing the whole “meeting overload” thing and not having time to do important things such as sales.
With technology these days there should be no excuses for not being on top of your business even when you are on the go, so make sure you choose the right device, keep on top of your schedule and go forth and kick some butt!
