The Business Development Manager will be working closely with the US based CEO as well as our team of 7 employees in the Philippines. The BDM is a key role in Virtual Coworker and is a driver of future growth of the business, through a combination of educating companies about outsourcing and managing existing clients. You will have an awesome Virtual Assistant in the Philippines who will assist in lead generation.

You will be responsible for driving the Australian business, in all aspects, and will have the opportunity to earn commissions directly linked to your success in growing the business. NOTE: this is not soley a cold calling position, we get plenty of warm leads daily to manage and respond to.
