Australia’s first Ruby on Rails bootcamp style development school, Sydney Dev Camp, has announced the starting date of their first semester as 3rd April.
The school aims to teach aspiring web developers and tech startup entrepreneurs to become confident programmers in just 10 weeks. Danila Davidson, the owner of Sydney Dev Camp, says “The course is designed to be intense but it will be fun too.”
Mentoring sessions and networking nights with local startup entrepreneurs will give the students a chance to experience life as a professional web developer while helping them make important contacts for when they finish the course.
An information and networking evening is planned for those who are interested in finding out more about the Sydney Dev Camp and the programme. The event will be held at Pollenizer in Surry Hills on the 6th March and will be a great opportunity to meet Ms Davidson and Peter Argent, the tech director and instructor for the school.
