LinkedIn has launched new company page layouts

This embedded tweet feature has been available for a while, but Twitter recently announced an enhanced version that allows you to embed an interactive timeline of tweets. This Twitter timeline feature lets consumers see your activity and interact with the business directly from your website.
It’s important to note that if you decide to use this tool, you must be active and responsive. Any tweets and re-tweets that mention your name will now be clearly visible, especially if you embed the Twitter timeline on a page on your website that sees a lot of traffic. This can be a real benefit in terms of driving traffic, but you’ll need to consistently post fresh content and keep a close eye on your mentions to make sure your visitors are seeing recent and positive content about your business.
Facebook Advertising Study
Facebook can be a very useful place to advertise your business, products, or services because of the size of its audience. In a recent infographic* Facebook illustrated the results of advertising on its site. According to Facebook, in a study of 60 Facebook advertising campaigns, 70 per cent of businesses saw a threefold return on their investment, and 49 per cent saw a return of five times or greater, based on their advertising spend and offline sales.
Steven Prestidge said, “The total spend on social media advertising is set reach $4.8 billion by the end of 2012, up 23.6 per cent from last year, so is very much a growth area. But if you are considering using Facebook advertising, or any other forms of social media advertising, make sure you understand the audience you want to target in order increase your chances of reaching the right people.”
