Founders who choose to bootstrap their way through their pre-profitable years surviving meal-to-meal on Maggi noodles are better off than their funded counterparts in the long run. Time that would have been spent hunting down, wining and dining investors was focused to build bigger and better products without relinquinshing control to anyone.
Is bootstrapping really the only way to go? Or are startups that recieve capital investment able to thrive and grow to stay ahead in their industry?
In this inaugural General Assembly Debate two fiercely adamant teams will be pitted against each other to fight it out to the death (or close to it).
Come along for a night of fierce debate and as always, a couple of beers.
