Marketing is about values and to encourage people to remember much about your brand you have to create a compelling narrative around your product. More than a decade ago Steve Jobs said that our only defense against a noisy world was to be clear about what we wanted people to know and remember about us. That’s what marketing is about – formulating the story you want your customers to know about and then making it part of everything you do.
With this course, you’ll understand the golden rules of storytelling and how the traditional advertising by interruption model is no longer relevant. Using what you’ve learned, you’ll be ideally placed to break through the digital noise and communicate to your consumers exactly who you want to be and how you want to be remembered.
