Charlie is a 20 year veteran of the software industry covering product management, consulting, marketing and business leadership. He has run two different start-ups in the enterprise social media space. He has been involved in CRM and customer interaction solutions for a major part of his career. Charlie joined Salesforce in May of 2011 through the acquisition of Radian6, the leader in social media monitoring and engagement. Radian6 currently has over 3,000 clients using its software solutions to listen, discover, measure and engage in conversations across the social web. Their platform captures posts each day across Twitter, Facebook, blogs, news sites, discussion boards, video and image sharing sites, and returns the results for businesses to explore and action.
