The multi – platform creative project, Forced Hand – has launched it’s official web portal. The Sydney based project uses the potential of our current time in every way possible, showing that there isn’t just one way to tell a story. The project combines comics with audio visual, using some of Sydney’s best acting talent to bring the drawings to life.

Forced Hand tells the story of a particularly turbulent time, when the most important crime syndicates in Sydney threatens to implode. Followers of the story are able to be part of the project, through participation in the multiple online avenues – including owning a piece of the comic.

The artist Gee Hale said “One of my goals since I was a kid was to help Aussie comics grow and I hope my contribution in this project helps even just a little bit”.

Director and Writer, Miguel Le Maire claims that every medium available to story tellers should be used due to the current potential of today’s technologies. “We have gathered the best rising stars around, from actors to web designers, musicians and graphic artists, in a collaborative project that will suit so many different and creative tastes”.
