Australia’s first Ruby on Rails bootcamp style development school, Sydney Dev Camp, has announced the starting date of their first semester as 3rd April. The school aims to teach aspiring web developers and tech startup entrepreneurs to become confident programmers in just 10 weeks. Danila Davidson, the owner of Sydney Dev Camp, says “The course is designed to be intense but it will be fun too.”

There are a lot of “startup education” startups around the place at the moment, some are fantastic and do an awesome job such as The Entourage [sales, capital raising, wealth] General Assembly [tech, core competencies for startups] The Fashion Institute [Fashion Business] – Very soon the Sydney Development Camp [School for Hackers] will be launching with a focus beginning with Ruby on Rails.
