This company turns rubbish into cool products and sells them online

There is a company called Terracycle that was founded in 2001 by a guy called Tom Szaky (featured image) in New Jersey. It now has a presence in over 24 countries.

Terracycle is one of the fastest growing green companies in the world. The company has won many awards and has a reputation for being a world leader in the art of upcycling and recycling.

The company collects difficult-to-recycle packaging and products and turns the material into affordable, creative and innovative products.

Terracycle also has really cool office spaces that utilise a lot of upcycled waste. Its New Jersey office lobby is full of upcycled furniture and mirrors.

And now, the company is the subject of a new reality show coming soon to Pivot.tv called ‘Human Resources’.

You can watch an extended version of the trailer here. At last a reality show that seems like it will not only entertain but also educate people on a very important topic!
